Using WhatsWrong you accept the Terms of use and the Privacy policy described below. Please read them carefully.

We do our best in order to make WhatsWrong a safe application, but it doesn't depends only by us, criminals and fraudsters are always lurking.

To use WhatsWrong correctly we ask you to follow some simple rules:

  • Do not record commercial communications
  • Do not record false informations
  • Do not record misleading informations
  • Do not abuse, threaten or denigrate third parties or people
  • Do not use language that is not consonant with the public communication
  • Do not record threatens contents, pornographic contents, contents with incitement to hatred or violence
  • Do not use WhatsWrong for illegal purposes

It is forbidden to publish or perform actions on WhatsWrong who do not respect the rights of third parties or applicable laws. We respect the rights of others and expect users do the same. We will cooperate with law enforcement if we deem it is useful in the case of direct threats to a third party.

Who use WhatsWrong shares his/her own point of view and want to listen what other people think of a certain topic. Therefore, we recommend always to respect others, avoiding our intervention. You are always responsible for what you post and, if authorities will require it, WhatsWrong will make available the content you've published.

We reserve rights to remove content that users post on WhatsWrong in case they do not respect above rules and in any other case where we believe that contents are unfit for public.

Using our services

Our services must be used only in the manner permitted by the graphical user interface and by the instructions that we provided and within limits of these terms and all laws regulations, both national and international.

The WhatsWrong user is defined as any person that uses our services, uploading content or simply browsing contents already present on our services.

We may suspend or stop the provisioning of our services to users, without obligations to notify any person, if they did not comply with our Terms or our policies or if we are investigating a case of suspected misconduct.

On our services are available contents that are not owned by WhatsWrong. The sole and direct responsibility for such contents, and any consequences that may ensue, is the person who made them available.

In relation to the use of our services by the user, we might send service announcements, administrative messages and any other informations. The user is solely responsible for the activities that plays with our services and the consequences that may ensue.

All rights to the services offered are and remain the exclusive property of WhatsWrong and its licensors. All services are covered by copyright and it's forbidden to use the name WhatsWrong and related trademarks, logos and brands.

With the acceptance of these Terms of Service you accept to know that your data could be visible publicly, either to all other WhatsWrong's users and anonymous users of our services. An exception is the data in which it is explicitly stated that they will be held in private.


Using our services you can publish content in various formats (such as audio, text, images or videos). You must not post spam, automatically generated content or that contains racist or discriminatory statements, comments and obscene pornographic material, or encourage behaviors that may lead to committing the crime.

Contents submitted, posted or made visible by the user will be viewable by other users of the services and through services and third-party websites. When the user publishes content through our services, grants to WhatsWrong (and partners we work with) a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes made in such a way that the content works better with our services), communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content. The rights you grant in this license are for the limited purpose of operating, promoting and improving our services and develop new ones. This license continues even if you stop using our services. Some services may offer ways to access and remove content provided in this service. You must ensure that you have the necessary rights to grant us this license with respect to any content you submit to our services. It is forbidden to publish content or materials of any kind which violate intellectual property rights of third parties without the express consent of the owners.

WhatsWrong can not guarantee the accuracy, completeness and reliability of the content uploaded by users, neither approve or endorse them. For this reason WhatsWrong can not be held responsible for errors, loss of informations and economic damages against third parties.

If you become aware of contents that does not comply with these Terms of service, we invite you to notify such content by writing an email to info@whatswrongapp.com. We act to check contents that are subject of the alleged breach and remove them. To ensure the safety of the service and other users we reserve the right to do this without communication or notice.

For more informations about using and storing content adopted by WhatsWrong you can consult the privacy policy. If a user send feedback or suggestions about our services, we may use such feedbacks or suggestions without obligations about the user itself.

Changes and interruptions of the supply of services

WhatsWrong offers services in constant evolution and improvement. We might add, remove, and edit functionality, features or entire services, without warning or notice, except for cases involving an obligation of any kind by the user. WhatsWrong will also stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Services (or any features contained therein) to the user, or users in general, and may not be able to communicate in advance. WhatsWrong reserves the right to set limits to the use and storage of data in its sole discretion, at any time and without notice.

You can stop using our services at any time. WhatsWrong may stop providing services to the user or set new limits access to services at any time.

Warranties and limitations of liability

Except as expressly set out in these terms, nor WhatsWrong nor its suppliers or distributors issuing specific guarantees in relation to the services offered. We make no guarantees about the content services, depending on the specific services and their reliability, availability or ability to meet user needs. Services are provided "as is."

Responsibility of our services

To the extent permitted by law, WhatsWrong and its suppliers and distributors are not liable for lost profits, revenues or data, financial losses or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, arising from the services offered. WhatsWrong and its suppliers and distributors shall not be liable for any loss or damage.

Business uses of our services

If our services were used on behalf of a company, the company will have to accept these terms. The company has to hold harmless and indemnify WhatsWrong, its officers, agents, employees, suppliers and distributors from any claim, suit or action arising out of or related to use of the services or violation of these terms, including any liability or expense arising from claims, losses, damages, suits, judgments, litigation and legal costs.

Age restrictions

Our services are not directed to persons under 15 years of age. If you are aware of users who violate this limit, please report it by email to info@whatswrongapp.com. We act to remove related information. We do not knowingly collect personal information about children under 15 years. If we learn that a child under the age of 15 has provided us with personal information, we enable us to remove the information.

About these terms

We may change these terms or any additional terms that apply to a service. If you do not agree to the modified terms for a Service, please stop using it.

These terms control the relationship between WhatsWrong and the user, and do not give rise to any rights to third party beneficiaries. If the user does not comply with these terms, our failure to prompt action on the part shall not be construed as a waiver of any of our rights (eg the right to take action in the future).

If a specific provision is found unenforceable, such unenforceability shall not affect any other predictions.


By accepting these terms the user of the service claims to be the owner of the content uploaded by exempting WhatsWrong from any kind of damage resulting from the contents themselves.

Privacy policy

WhatsWrong is a system that collects audio commentaries on various subjects available in the system. The WhatsWrong user is defined as any person that uses our services, uploading content or simply taking advantage of the content already present on our services. This Privacy Policy describes how and when WhatsWrong collects, uses and discloses information when you use the services offered.

By using any of our services, you consent to the collection, transfer, manipulation, storage, disclosure and other uses of your information as described in this Privacy Policy. Regardless of country of origin or the one from which the information is provided, the user authorizes WhatsWrong to use such information in any country where WhatsWrong work.

Collection and use of information

Information collected during the loading content: When creating content (for example: the creation of new topics or posting voice messages) may ask you to provide us with certain information, such as your name or nickname and e-mail address.
